Christmas with my Family ♡

 

 

Katniss is growing so fast - almost as long as my legs. She hates me so I had to wait for her to fall asleep, sneak up on her, and snatch her ♡ She prefers Morten which is annoying because he doesn't even like cats

Still madly in love with our kitchen. Katniss is getting used to it as well and today we bought this huge white bucket for all of her food. We also got the upstairs wall speakers to work today - yay! 

 

 

Had to reorganise the closet today. We have these tiny bugs that according to Google are harmless but they are just all over and I keep thinking they get into my clothes and then onto me. We bought some plastic boxes and some bags. From now on Morten is going to do the laundry elsewhere and then seal everything in boxes and bags. I hope we get this under control soon - my OCD is so triggered by it. And it is such a shame because this walk-in closet is really cool and is a waste if can't be used.

Film Friday - The Devil Wears Prada

 

 

Out sailing, today - was terrified but survived! 

 

Okay, so we decided to go for one last drive. We drove around for a bit and then we went to see Big Ben and London Eye while it was dark - soooo beautiful ♡

Now we are about to sleep and I so wish we could sleep in tomorrow, but we have to be up crazy early!

Today was so cool! We took a drive up to Birmingham for the HelpHarryHelpOthers Charity Football Game called Celebrity Footy 4 Harry. We got to meet James & Oliver Phelps who play the Weasley twins in Harry Potter. We also saw Harry's mum who gave a quick speech. It was a really good day for a great cause. After the game, we drove around for a bit and we even drove by the Aston Villa Stadium to see that in person. I love being in England and this whole trip is fantastic - but I have to admit that I am exhausted! Mentally drained and my entire body just hurts. Going home tomorrow will be both sad and well met. I need rest - mentally and physically! 

Now we are just back at the hotel, watching tv and resting ♡ 

 

The night was rough! I was so seasick and every time I felt close to falling asleep the ferry was tilting so much I felt like I was falling out of bed. Survived though. Had breakfast and then we were there! England! 

Driving on the left side is pretty cool and I love it - however, doing it in a Danish car is something else! I kept feeling like oncoming traffic was gonna hit me. As soon as we got near London it started pouring down - yay for that! Cant visit England without English weather. I still felt sick after getting off the ferry and I felt like the ground was moving. It has stopped now though - only lasted a few hours. We are staying at Hotel Xanadu in Ealing and we found a great parking space nearby. Our room wasn't ready yet by the time we arrived, so we drove around a bit till it was. I probably took 4000 pictures today - and I can't share that many. Also found out I can't send that many in one email, so my sister will have to wait for the slideshow till we get back home. 

I love our hotel room! Seriously I could just move in and stay here forever. Loving the little tea station! And the best is so unbelievably comfortable, oh and the AC - don't even get me started! I am in heaven ♡

Right now we are gonna just rest for a bit, eat, and get settled. After that, we will drive around a bit more to see more of London. The only thing we really have planned on our trip for sure is Harry Potter Studio Tour and an HHHO Charity Football game in Birmingham. The rest of the time we will just see what happens ♡
