Cutz & Aarhus ♡

Had a nice day out today - despite a few challenges. I got my hair done at Cutz in Horsens, by Gitte. And then a "quick" trip to Bruuns and Ikea in Aarhus. Gitte and I decided to do something a little different with my hair this time, so we put in some darker tones - so that when my hair grows out I won't have that straight horrible dark brown line. I´ll post before an after at some point - those on snapchat did get a preview though! It´s a bit shorter now than before, but we are desperately trying to get rid of my damaged hair in the back - should take another 3-6 months before it´s gone, but it is definitely improving! Now I´m happy to be home, enjoying my new hair, new things and ready to relax - despite the hooligans next door! Happy Friday everyone & Good weekend ♡

STARSKIN ☆

I really love this little spongy thing I got in this month´s GoodieBox. After years of me wiping my face daily with wet baby wipes because of my OCD my skin has been damaged and constantly feels rough and dry. I am currently treating it with Swiss Clinic, but that takes a few weeks - this starskin sponge really did the job though. My skin is soft, less dry and it feels so amazing! The sponge is a bit rough, so it´s lightly scratching your face, like a face massage! I am definitely buying more of these ♡

Morten and I usually spend Wednesdays together out, usually we drive to Aarhus Salling and Bruuns. We love long drives, listening to music and just laughing. What really cracks us up is Apple´s playlist with the songs they pick as my favourite! They´re so right! Today I also had a meeting with a potential sponsor and I had a doctors appointment. For the past few weeks my heel has been in a lot of pain because of a heel spur and today I was politely told I should expect daily pain for the next 6 months at least.. So now I have to use gel insoles in my shoes and just toughen it up. Not the luckiest thing for someone in my life of work, but I´ll do my best and my current client is very understanding - she´s so sweet! Also I don´t get to complain today considering what happened in London ♡♡♡

I used to go there a lot when they had First Class, but now they redecorated the entire thing. New Trainers!

Been looking for a new pair of trainers for a while now, mainly for walking outside. I walk in chuck Taylor´s, which wasn't a problem when I hardly left home - but now they´re causing pain in my heel and knees. I love Chuck Taylor´s and they look great, but they´re far from supportive! So I bought this shoe and I bought two pairs, to use in and out. It´s like walking on a cloud! Fleggaard with Morten!

Morten and I decided to take a one day trip to Harrislee, Germany. The lads in the building were pushing me to go so I could bring home fizzy drinks and alcohol. This is a normal weekend thing in Denmark, to drive down to Germany for shopping. It´s just across the border between Denmark and Germany and all prices in the stores there are Danish as well and half the staff there speak Danish. I love long drives and going to Fleggaard is a great challenge for me as well, because it´s busy and crowded - OCD and anxiety challenged and I did it! 

Border control today was crazy though! No trouble getting into Germany, but getting out was something else.. I always look extremely guilty in situations like this because of my anxiety - did not help that we´d both forgotten our passports. The border control guy started lecturing Morten on passport rules - as if all Danes have the Passport Rule Handbook by their bedside for nighttime reading.. But then he asked me for ID and I don´t even have a drivers licence, whoops! Thankfully the kind old man recognised me from the blog, his wife is apparently a fan - so he let us off with a warning! YAY! Though next time I´ll make sure to remember my passport :-P 

Shop, Share & Shower!

A few people on Snapchat and here requested that I show more of my daily life, food, exercise, products, interior, what I watch and just in general do throughout the day. Today I got up, exercised - I finished personal training with my first client a few weeks ago. We had a good run, but he´s off on a press tour, so for now we´re done exercising together. My new client is a woman in her 40´s, she has knee damage, back pain and a ton of allergies, wants to get in shape and eat healthy, but can't quite get there without help, guidance and motivation. I admire that she wants this and that she´s brave enough to ask for help and I watch her struggling every day. Right now she doesn't think so, but she really is what most hope to be and she has already gotten so far! I enjoy working with her and helping her help herself - because in the end it´s her who has to do it all.

After exercising I ate breakfast, got a spray tan, bleached my teeth and then I was off to a meeting and then to Aarhus with Morten, shopping at Bruuns and Salling. I need a new pair of trainers for running, but can't really find the right pair. I´m willing to wear socks with ears, but apparently I am extremely picky when it comes to trainers.. Didn't find any today, but I will keep searching. I did however get some Ole Henriksen Body Scrub, Lancome products, Harry Potter things from Game Stop, some things from the Apple store - and I was sneaky enough to set my blog as main page on most devices in the Apple store :D All together a really good day, which I really needed! 

When I got home I showered - used the body scrub and wow! I tried it a few years back and it is and always be amazing. Leaves my skin so soft and it smells like summer! Absolutely love it! Now I´m having some me time, enjoying a glass of wine, chatting and listening to good music! Tomorrow I have a Skype meeting with Swiss Clinic, hoping they will sponsor me.
