45 Minute Dance Cardio Workout - FitSugar







This is a great 45 minute workout video that is super fun to exercise with. This workout makes you laugh and time goes by so fast. I especially like Alice on the right doing the modified version of it, which is really good for beginners, people recovering from injuries and for overweight people - because lets face it, jumping around as overweight just hurts an awful lot! So if you want to do something good for yourself tomorrow, put on your fitness clothes and get moving!
