I finally did it! I slept all night! Went to bed at a decent hour and woke up early. For a few weeks now I have been extremely anaemic and could barely leave my bed most hours of the day - resulting in not showing up for the things I needed to and constantly feeling unwell. But now I am almost caught up on vitamin levels and I am starting to feel better and more energised. Went to bed early ish last night and woke up at 6 am today. I also have a lot of nightmares in general and they get worse when I don't feel well or I am struggling - but last night, no nightmares! I swear when I woke up this morning I felt so relieved and serene. Today I have school from 12.30 pm till 14.20 pm and its mostly gonna be group or alone work so will be done before that. Easy day before the weekend starts. I have also managed to be a bit more social on social media and squeezed in a workout before class. After class, since I now have the energy I will be doing the dishes, clean, do the laundry and I also have a homework assignment due tonight before midnight. Hopefully I will end the evening with a good film, cup of tea and the proud feeling of accomplishment!
