I think I might start doing meal preps every Monday so I don't have to worry about cooking every day. It´s mentally exhausting for me to cook - so this way I only have to go through it once a week. Bought a few recipe books the other day on Super Foods and Sugarless Sweets. I prefer small meals, I prefer dinner at noon and I LOVE arranging it on plates so it looks a lot better than it is! I´m a terrible cook but I actually nailed this one! Tastes great, not too many calories and it made me feel soooo full! So this week it is salmon, might try chicken next week. I might post the recipe sometime later this week ♡
