Not sleeping well lately and unfortunately and that means being in bed till noon and still being exhausted when I get up. I get a high fever, shakes, joint pain, and so many nightmares with it. Me talking in my sleep and moving around a lot are affecting my boyfriend's sleep as well. So we're both exhausted and grumpy lately. I really want something natural to relax me for bedtime and I thought about tea, but weak bladder - if I drink tea before bed I have to wake up at night to pee. So I am open to suggestions if anyone wants to share some natural remedies? ♡
Today boyfriend and I went for a drive which ended up being a bit of a nightmare due to traffic. Elton John is playing in Horsens tonight, so people everywhere! We got something to eat together and then he dropped me off at home. Been snacking on a watermelon while studying for my geography exam on Monday. The whole school situation is a bit confusing and difficult to explain in English - because the education system here is different. But I will make a post about it at some point. But in short - I will finish this exam and I will continue studying HF next year/after the summer holidays.
Now I am going to do a bit of work and then sleep - if I can
