Burger Buns 8 buns
6 Eggs ♥ ½ Teaspoon salt ♥ 1 tablespoon Fiberhusk ♥ 200g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ♥ ½ Teaspoon baking powder ♥ 6 tablespoons Linseeds ♥ Oregano ♥ Sesame Seeds ♥ Garlic Powder or salt
Dressing
½ dl Mayonaise ♥ 8-10 Pickles ♥ ½ dl Creme Fraiche ♥ 1 Tablespoon Chili Sause (I recommend sriracha) ♥ 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
How To ♥
Separate egg yolk and egg whites, but keep both. Whisk the yolks till they are light in colour and have an airy fluffy texture. Add Philadelphia cheese, Fiberhusk, and salt. Mix together.
Whisk egg whites until solid (turn the bowl upside down to see if they stick). Gently and by hand (with a spatula) mix it with the yolk mix you just made.
