This Sunday’s little skincare treat is the Sanzi Beauty Anti Age Retinol Mask, made with retinol and niacinamide. It’s designed to support skin elasticity and minimise the appearance of fine lines. It’s also vegan and has no added perfume.

Apparently retinol is becoming a recurring character in my Self-Care Sundays. I’m quite enjoying trying different masks each week and seeing which ones my skin likes best.

More than anything, though, I like the ritual. Taking a little time out of the day, putting on a face mask and giving myself permission to relax for a while. It’s simple, but that’s exactly what I want these Sundays to be about.

A little skincare, a little rest and a little time just for me.
