Today’s little bit of self-care is a Vitamin C glitter face sheet mask from Miqura Glow Care. It promises to be glow-boosting, moisturising and rejuvenating — but, admittedly, I mostly picked it because it’s gold and glittery. Sometimes that is reason enough.
I’m trying to get better at making Sundays feel a little slower and actually taking time to look after myself. Self-care doesn’t always need to be productive or some huge wellness routine. Sometimes it can literally just be putting on a ridiculous sparkly face mask, getting comfortable and doing absolutely nothing for a while.
So that’s the plan for today: gold face, comfy clothes, something good to watch and zero expectations.
