Moisturising Sheet Mask
This Sunday’s self-care is all about hydration with the Masque Me Up Moisturizing Sheet Mask. It’s a bio-cellulose mask made from naturally fermented coconut juice and is designed to hydrate, soothe and give the skin a little radiance boost.
My skin can definitely use some extra moisture, but I also just really enjoy the ritual of using a sheet mask. There’s something nice about putting one on and deciding that, for the next little while, I’m allowed to simply lie down and relax.
I’m trying to make these small moments a regular part of my Sundays. Nothing complicated, nothing I have to achieve — just a little bit of intentional time spent taking care of myself.
Today that means a very moisturised face and absolutely no reason to get up until the mask comes off.
