Swiss Whitening by Swiss Clinic

A lot of you are asking how I keep my teeth so white - so here it is! I use Swiss Whitening from Swiss Clinic. Once a week I whiten my teeth and then I obviously also just take good care of my teeth and I stay away from things that damage my teeth. I got into teeth whitening because over a period of two years I struggled using my toothbrush because of my OCD, so when I started taking care of my teeth again I stopped smiling because I realised how yellowy my teeth had gotten. Thanks to Swiss Clinic I can now smile again with confidence. Swiss Whitening is super easy to use, it gives you a natural beautiful white smile and is definitely worth the price!

You can buy Swiss Whitening on www.swissclinic.dk , swissclinic.se , swissclinic.no , swissclinic.fi , swissclinic.co.uk

Tidy Home - Tidy Mind

After weeks of being sick, feeling down and sort of just existing rather than living - I am slowly starting to feel like myself again. I prefer my home and my mind to very organised and tidy but lately that has not been the case, so I figured spending some time cleaning out old things like unused or old makeup, old clothes I never use and other mess, would be good for me and the positive bright future I am working towards. I donated clothes, and all unused cosmetics I have gotten with Goodiebox over the past 3 years has been given to people who will appreciate and use it! So others can benefit from me cleaning out!

Today I finished the last bit whilst having Ashy Bines YouTube videos on in the background (she motivates me) and today was also laundry day - so now everything is just squeaky clean and perfect! Excited for this week and I am feeling motivated! I reckon me feeling better also has to do with my sister Lea and I talking for hours and hours the past few weeks. We haven't talked much over the years despite being sisters, but we´re talking now and having her in my life is just perfect!

The Hair ♡ Blonde/Pink/Brown/Blonde

4-5 months ago when I had the most perfect blonde hair ever I was feeling spontaneous - therefore I decided to buy a temporary pink hair dye... I did not know that it wouldn't work well in dyed blonde hair, so after having pink hair for a few days, my hair turned blue and green! I tried fixing it but then I had some meeting and I panicked, so I dyed it brown. When I went to get a haircut, my hairdresser was shocked to see that I had dyed my hair brown after all the time we spent making it blonde... It was embarrassing! But she cut my hair to get rid of the damaged part of my hair and since then we have slowly worked towards me going blonde again. Now I am only one step from being the same as before- she said one more dye and one more cut - then I am back to what it used to be!

I am not in any way talking bad about the temporary hair dye I used - just be careful! Read up on it before putting it in your hair! I was really glad about the pink colour the few days it looked good and thankfully my hairdresser said next time I think of doing such a thing I should come to her and she could do it so it wouldn't damage my hair. Now I am going back to blonde and I finally feel really happy about the result and I am so thankful of my wonderful hairdresser, Gitte, for putting up with my hair and helping me through it all
