This was recommended to me and I was intrigued just when I heard about the cover and the genre - satanic doo-wop. Somehow not at all what I expected but actually very accurate to the genre. Imagine Amy Winehouse singing about the devil. It sounds so great! Slightly addicted! Give it a try  

 

Good evening lovelies. I had a terrible night with broken sleep, nightmares, and just a constant feeling of claustrophobia. And when I was getting ready for school I got a message about me not showing up to enough classes so now I need a talk with my guidance counselor. She promised to check up on me two weeks ago and I have been howling her down, but she never made the appointment with me, that she promised. But now I got it and I am going to see her tomorrow. Also I had to message my teacher because my class is going on a field trip tomorrow and I wont be able to attend due to my OCD - which she was surprisingly okay with. She just said it was a pity I had to miss out on stuff and asked a lot about my OCD and basically my entire life story. Nice of her to show genuine interest and to be so understanding. When I got off school, I went to see my doctor to get my B12 shot and get checked in general because my B12 is dangerously low again! Been in a lot of pain the past few days because of the side effects of deficiency and it sucks. My doctor also told me I have psoriasis, so that is another thing to deal with! I was actually gonna go back to AA meetings this week, but was just too ill - I haven't even been in school until today. And today in class I was terrified that I was gonna pass out. So hopefully I will feel better soon. When I got home I ate, studied, and tidied up. Now I am ready to just relax with a cup of tea while I study some more so I can catch up on everything. And on a quick very positive note - LOVE THE WEATHER!! Cold, grey, and wet is what I asked for.. Thanks, Weather Gods

Today was such a good day! Been productive at home and managed to exercise as well. Ended the day watching a film with my bestie - long overdue! We watched I Care a Lot and it was actually really good! Been wanting to watch it for a while now, so glad it finally happened

There was a bit of miscommunication today, so I thought Dan and I were gonna spend the evening together after his plans this afternoon - but those plans extended into an all-night night out with his gals... So I figured since I hadn't shopped for dinner and I was just gonna eat alone, might as well treat myself! Spoiled myself to some sushi & alcohol-free wine. Really enjoyed the sushi and the aesthetic of the wine. I also put on some good old BB King on vinyl and lit some candles. Selfcare when it's needed!
